The BPS® C5 was specially developed for the needs of small and medium-sized cash centers and back offices in large bank branches. The steadily increasing competitive and cost pressures in these areas make it essential to optimize processes, increase productivity, reduce costs and remain highly flexible in responding to future requirements. Our answer: a modular, scalable system that meets all process requirements with the greatest possible reliability, efficiency and ease of use. Key competitive advantages include a very high nominal throughput of up to 63,000 banknotes per hour, an exceptionally flexible modular concept with up to 25 output pockets, state-of-the-art sensors and a wide range of software options.

Reliable and secure

The BPS® C5 sensors inspect and sort banknotes quickly, accurately and reliably. The system excels at detecting counterfeits (including so-called composed banknotes) and sorting according to predefined fitness criteria or central bank standards. Optional interfaces to video surveillance and the BPS® Eco-Protect industrial firewall provide additional security.

One platform – many benefits

The system is based on a shared platform concept with the BPS® C2 product family. This means that core functions, software applications and operation are virtually identical. For you, this means significantly less effort for updates, upgrades and system integration – for example, in terms of training or switching to a new system.

Tailored for efficient operation

Up to six output modules, up to 25 output pockets, up to 50 processing modes for each installed currency and a wide range of software options are available. This allows the BPS® C5 to be precisely tailored to your specific process requirements.

With the BPS® C5, you can benefit from all the advantages of intelligent networking. Combined with cash management software (e.g. Compass VMS®) or components of the BPS® Eco-System (such as a remote service connection), the entire process can be made even more transparent, secure and efficient.
