BPS® M5: Unlimited productivity in the high-speed world

The BPS® M5 is the system for commercial applications in G+D's high-speed world and offers the perfect solution for banknote processing, especially for high volumes. As the successor to the BPS® 1000, with over 1,400 installations worldwide, it processes mixed denominations of banknotes in different formats and substrates. The system reaches speeds of up to 33 banknotes per second (around 120,000 per hour)—even in continuous operation: 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Innovative and intelligent automation around the BPS® M5 makes it the perfect solution for unlimited productivity with maximum security: the combination with NotaTray® Loading and NotaPack® 10 can significantly reduce processing and idle times.

The BPS® M5 features a modular design and can be equipped with up to 20 stackers. It supports various operating modes and cash processes, such as the header card process for efficient verification of small deposits in casinos or retail. The input hopper holds up to 4,000 banknotes and enables continuous processing. Banknotes suitable for ATM replenishment are stacked in the large output module—ideal for efficiently replenishing ATM cassettes.

Additional automation options such as NotaTray® Loading enable automatic loading of the BPS® M5, while NotaPack® 10 handles fully automated packaging of banknote bundles in shrink wrap. The Compass Cash Center Enterprise software solution supports the optimization of cash center processes, enabling the management of cash vaults and customer accounts as well as deposit processing and settlement. G+D also offers technical support, maintenance tailored to your needs, system updates, and practical service and operator training.
